Thank you for your speedy response to my questions.
The one question I forgot to ask you is regarding green smoothies and fruit. You have stated that fruit cannot be eaten with anything else and yet, most of the green smoothie receipes contain some form of fruit as a sweetener. I have also found green powders contain the live enzymes of fruit and vegetables together. Most raw advocates have not experienced any digestive problems due to the combining in a green smoothie. How critical is this?
Also, is there a portion size the fruit/fruit smoothies/fruit juice should be limited to? I have not lost any weight and am wondering if I am eating too much fruit, drinking too much fresh fruit juice etc?
I am doing only the fruit until around Noon. Then for lunch I always have a fresh salad along with some other cooked vegetables. Ocassionally I will add maybe 2-3 oz of chicken to the salad. Dinner is the problem meal for me as I don't like eating late at night and our schedule is always hectic - on the road a lot around dinner time. Would like to just make a green smoothie for my dinner. I seldom eat dairy or bread but at one point bought a Whey Protein shake to use for my dinner. What would you suggest. I gained 20# when I went back to the traditional way of eating and now am trying to get back into the Fit for Life with lots of RAW vegetables. I am walking between 1-2 miles per day for my exercise but still the weight is hanging on. I take lots of enzymes, Pycnogenol, Sharks Liver oil, Vit B complex.

I am considering going on the CLEAN PROGRAM for a good cleansing as it seems to fit in with the Fit for Life Program. HELp. I am open to all suggestions. Thanks for the info on the coconuts. We just bought some Coconut oil yesterday and the gal was very knowledgeable and also familiar with your books and program

I really appreciate this article! Depression kills! not like cancer we can see the tangible evidence, of the disease no Depression is a stealth killer corrupting the mind point that the only way out is suicide. Reading about not getting enough vitamin D as a contributing factor to depression makes sense. Definitely something I'm going to look into an even right more about thanks again.
